Delivery and Returns

Delivery

All products ordered on our website are delivered by courier or our company van. Orders placed after 3:00pm will be sent out the next working day and should arrive within 3-5 working days

Once products have been dispatched you can request a tracking number should you wish to track your delivery.

Orders placed over the weekend will not be dispatched til the following Monday.

Standard UK Delivery is £19.99 on all orders of (Panelling, Trims and Adhesives) upto and including £99.00.

Orders over £99.00 will be delivered FREE of charge.

 

Returns

We do accept returns on all products, however the customer must pay return postage for incorrectly ordered items or if they wish to exchange an item that is in perfect condition.

Please note that there is a 25% re-stocking and administration charge on all returned items.
